phenomenal garden oasis in an unassuming suburban environment. the ambiance was lovely, the floor staff were warm and attentive (even to non-french speaking americans on our first michelin experience), and the kitchen was on point. as a high end american chef with 40yrs experience in fine french cuisine, the food was exceptional. from amuse bouche through the cheese service, everything was balanced, perfectly seasoned and spot on. nothing was overworked or heavy handed. chef seemed to be working within a very comfortable wheelhouse, not trying beyond his means to impress. the tasting menu looked lovely but we went a la carte. there were three of us and we had one of everything, full cheese and coffee service, bubbles, a damn fine c&ocirc;t&eacute; du rhone, and nice japanese whiskeys just because we could, all for 515 euros. with exchange rate and an unnecessary, but well deserved tip, we got 4hrs of awesome for 200$/hd. can&rsquo;t even scratch that experience for the money in the states. wouldn&rsquo;t doubt it if this house is awarded a second star sometime soon.

Ambiance tr&egrave;s sympa et calme (pas de bruit, musique berb&egrave;re en bruit de fond l&eacute;ger), accueil chaleureux, chouette d&eacute;coration traditionnelle, restaurant tr&egrave;s propre, EXCELLENTE et TR&Egrave;S D&Eacute;LICIEUSE CUISINE ! (tajines au top et semoule tr&egrave;s parfum&eacute;e la meilleure jamais mang&eacute;e !)

The hotel is a very friendly and quiet atmosphere (no noise, light-background noise barber music), warm welcome, traditional decoration, very clean restaurant, Excellent and VERY DELICEOUS COUCHEN! (Tajines to the top and very perfumed mud the best ever eaten!)
